Covenants Meeting
Final Covenants meeting will be held on Wednesday January 15th starting at 7:00PM at Pine Creek Elementary School.
2025 HOA Dues
The annual dues for 2025 remain at $94.00 and are due by Jan 31, 2025 to avoid late fees.
Dumpster Day
Saturday April 26th, 2025 from 8AM to Noon. Trailer for metal recycling will be available. Please no appliances, car batteries, car tires, and full paint cans.

The annual meeting will be held on Sunday November 24th from 6PM to 8PM at Pine Creek Elementary School.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday April 19th, 2025
(at Pine Creek Elementary School). Please drop-off 12 filled eggs per participating child to 16086 Girard Cir by April 13th.
Firework Extravaganza
June 28th, 2025
Food Trucks starting at 6PM to Dusk in the Pine Creek Elementary School Teachers Parking Lot. Fireworks Show at 10PM
